• The right price: Even though this market is relatively hot in that most homes here sell in about 18 days, don't be too, too eager to make an offer. There is such a thing as "over-priced" listings in every market. 
  
  An over-priced listing is one in which there is insufficient capital value to support a capital price. 
  
  I will and always do a complete comparative market analysis for any home in which you are interested. Let's just be sure. So, you will know exactly what you're getting and why.
  
  

• As you can sense from my web site, I want you and your family to grow quickly into your new community. 
  I know how difficult it is for, for example, your kids to be uplifted from everything with which and everyone with whom they are familiar and be parachuted into a completely new environment. I will do my absolute best to help them acclimatize as quickly as possible into their new surroundings.
